Kevin has been an associate with Cors & Bassett since 2005. Kevin has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate regulatory compliance and private securities offerings. Kevin has negotiated and drafted all types of business agreements including stock purchase agreements, asset purchase agreements, intellectual property licensing agreements, independent contractor agreements and buy/sell agreements. Kevin has also represented non-profit corporations in obtaining 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status with the Internal Revenue Service.
Kevin brings marketing experience to his work at Cors & Bassett. Prior to attending law school, Kevin worked in the marketing department of the United States Playing Card Company. Prior to working at U.S. Playing Card, Kevin was the marketing coordinator for The Wellness Community of Greater Cincinnati, where Kevin coordinated all of the organization’s outreach efforts to the Greater Cincinnati community.
Kevin graduated magna cum laude from Miami University in 1999 with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing. Kevin obtained his J.D. from the University of Cincinnati in 2005.
