Mr. Harrison is a Member of Cors & Bassett, LLC and practices in the litigation
and labor and employment areas. He represents clients in the areas of general
liability defense and product liability litigation, administrative and regulatory proceedings,
appellate litigation and general business and commercial litigation. He has been
involved in representations ranging from the successful defense of the constitutional
right of a state legislative body to determine its legislative agenda to the defense of
major drug manufacturers in product liability suits to the defense of employers in
class actions and collective actions alleging violations of Title VII and the Equal Pay
Act.
Mr. Harrison is admitted to practice in state courts in Ohio and Kentucky, as well as
the United States District Courts for the Southern and Northern Districts in Ohio and
the Eastern and Western Districts in Kentucky, the United States Courts of Appeals
for the 6th Circuit, 7th Circuit, 8th Circuit, and the District of Columbia, and the
United States Supreme Court.
