Tom is a member of the firm's corporate and litigation groups. He represents business and individual clients active in a wide variety of endeavors including manufacturing, real estate development, and financial services. Tom provides advice and counsel on transactions, the purchase and sale of businesses, real estate transactions and valuations, debtor/creditor issues including financial restructuring and Chapter 11 bankruptcy, succession planning, estate planning, and probate administration.
Tom received his law degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Law in 1984. He is a graduate of Dartmouth College.
Tom is admitted to practice law in Ohio and Kentucky.
In addition to being an attorney, Tom is a Director and Board Chair of Bramble Savings Bank. He is a licensed real estate agent and a member of the real estate development company Armstrong - Kilcoyne, LLC.
