Jack has been involved in representations ranging from the successful defense of the constitutional right of a state legislative body to determine its legislative agenda, to the defense of major drug manufacturers in product liability suits, to the defense of employers in class actions and collective actions alleging violations of Title VII and the Equal Pay Act.
