Background
Thomas is a member of the firm’s corporate and litigation groups. He represents business and individual clients in a wide variety of endeavors including manufacturing, real estate development, and financial services. Tom provides advice and counsel on transactions, the purchase and sale of businesses, real estate transactions and valuations, debtor/creditor issues including financial restructuring and Chapter 11 bankruptcy, succession planning, estate planning, and probate administration.
In addition to being an attorney, Thomas is a licensed real estate agent and a member of the real estate development company Armstrong – Kilcoyne, LLC.
